Affinity Mentoring strives to interrupt the cycle of poverty through mentoring relationships that improve students’ academic achievements, social skills and self-esteem. We understand the incredibly positive impact mentoring can have on how at-risk students learn, their health and safety, and their social and emotional developmental outcomes. That is why Affinity Mentoring is deeply committed to serving the kids (mentees) in our local community in this way.
We also understand that mentoring a student isn’t everyone’s gifting, and serving for an hour every week, isn’t possible for everyone who would like to be involved. So how can you impact the lives of our mentees without being a mentor with Affinity Mentoring? Through sponsorship. As an Affinity Mentoring Sponsor, you can invest in local students by providing financial support for our program.
The process is simple. Just choose your sponsorship type and level then register. Next, all you need to do is sit back and know that your contribution will go directly toward ensuring your child is matched with a supportive and trusted mentor. That means when our mentors receive great support and training so they can better serve their students, it will be because of you. And when our students are able to participate in special relationship building events like Craig’s Cruisers with that same positive role model, it’s because of you.
Your gift will not only help students academically, but it’ll also give them the social and emotional support they need to work towards a positive future. We hope you’ll consider changing a student’s life through our sponsorship programs now.
MONTHLY MENTORING SPONSORSHIP LEVELS
Sponsor Mentoring Resources + Supplies: $10/month or $120/year
Sponsor A Student: $45/month or $540/year
Sponsor A Mentoring Match: $100/month or $1200/year
